Registration Information:
Reservations taken on a first sign up basis. Visa*, MasterCard*, Discover*, Checks, Money Orders and PayPal accepted. Make checks payable to: Stamp & CropFEST. Whenever possible, confirmation will be emailed to you. If no email is available, confirmation will be your canceled check or credit card receipt. A signed registration form and deposit is required before confirmation will be sent.
Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Payment of the weekend is required for deposit (minus hotel room) Written requests for refunds will be honored up to February 1, 2010, less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2010 NO refunds will be issued due to acts of terrorism, weather or natural disaster, or other acts of God, unless the entire event is cancelled. NO refunds will be issued based on perceived quality of the event.
Once each event is filled, we will start a waiting list. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may fill your spot.
****Stamp & CropFEST events are for adults only (with exception and special permission)
What to bring:
Stamping and/or Cropping supplies. Lighting and extension cord.
Personal items, toiletries, jammies, slippers, etc. for your personal comfort.
Snacks, bottled water or beverages, extra cash for purchases, raffle tickets, etc.

Registrations are in pdf format and taken taken by snail mail, paypal or by phone with credit card.
Guest Room Accommodations
If you are an overnight guest, all of the rooms include coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, high speed internet access & computer data port, HBO, iron & ironing board and hair dryer.
Start your day by helping yourself to complimentary Deluxe Continental breakfast served daily from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
You can also enjoy a relaxing dip in the heated indoor pool.
Small Suites sleep up to 4 guests
Large Suites sleep up to 6 guests
Rules and Regulations:
1.
Each guest will assist in keeping the facility clean and prevent damage to the hosting
property.
2.Smoking will be permitted in designated areas.
3.Respect others and their property.
4.The Hosting property and Stamp & CropFEST members shall not be liable for the loss or theft
of, or damage to, the personal property of any guest.
5.Quiet hours are to be observed from 11 pm to 7 am (outside our room). Inside our room,
each guest will respect their neighbors and room mates and control their level of noise in the
sleeping areas and the meeting room.
6.Group guests agree not to create any nuisance, disturbance, or to harass or threaten other
Guest Groups, guests or personnel of Hosting property, or commit acts of moral turpitude of
fraud while using the facility. Breach of this covenant will result in immediate revocation of
retreat privileges. NO part of the reservation fee shall be refunded.
Anyone who violates the rules and regulations is subject to immediate expulsion from the hosting properties.
